Vincent Ogereau ,..., rigorously harvest grapes and offers a healthy (wide) range of homogeneous anjous tricolor and coteaux-du-layon all based on the expression of the fruit. This discipline has served as a model for a whole generation. After an extended period of rustic early 90s, have acquired a red silky and velvety tannins that only sharing the field of Rochelles. Besides a high anjou-villages cabernet franc tank, the spearhead of the red is now anjou-villages Côte de la Houssaye, from cabernet sauvignon (about terroir early shale sandstone, exposed southeast) high 15 to 17 months in barrels. This tasting was an opportunity for us to rediscover wines dress in crisp, nicely spiced and expenses, including a memorable séveux and 1989 (80% cabernet franc), deliciously present.
